The office and warehouse are in Changsha, Hunan Province. Video calls are arranged from the site or from your engineering office, and visits for larger projects are possible with a few days’ notice.

How an enquiry is quoted

Technical requirements are read against the duty conditions. If the thread form, seat material or tube wall thickness is missing, the export desk asks before quoting, because a wrong assumption costs more than a question.

The quotation states the configuration offered, the material, the applicable pressure and temperature limits, quantity, price, lead time and commercial terms. Where a substitute is technically better or more readily available, the difference is explained.

Documents, inspection and shipping

Shipments include the commercial invoice, packing list and material certificates. Certificates of origin, legalisation and chamber attestation are arranged on request. Third-party inspection, witnessed pressure testing and specific marking must be stated in the enquiry, before packing.

Air, sea and express courier are all used. Mixed product families are consolidated into one consignment to keep freight and customs handling low. Photographs of the packed goods are sent before dispatch. [VERIFY: confirm the Incoterms and payment terms the company actually offers.]

What information do you need for a fast quote?

Send the product type or a photograph of the part, tube or pipe size, connection type (compression, NPT, BSPP, weld or flange), body and seat material if known, working pressure, working temperature, medium, quantity and destination port. Include any part number from an existing installation.

Can you quote against a drawing for a custom item?

Yes. Send the drawing in PDF or DWG format with the material and any test requirement. Feasibility, the closest standard alternative where one exists and the lead time for a special item are confirmed in the reply.

Which languages can you correspond in?

Enquiries and technical documents are handled in English. Correspondence in Chinese is available for documentation and logistics matters.
