Instrumentation Valves, Fittings & Regulators
R-LOK covers the small-bore fluid systems between a process line and an instrument: fittings, valves, regulators, filters, quick connectors and hose assemblies. CHANGSHA RUNDA HITECH CO., LTD. has supplied this range since 2006 to oil and gas, petrochemical, semiconductor, new energy and pharmaceutical projects across the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa.

What the range covers
The catalogue has three families. Fittings include double-ferrule compression, threaded adapters and high-purity weld types. Valves cover needle, ball, gauge, manifold, check, plug, purge, bleed, safety/relief and UHP diaphragm. Accessories cover pressure regulators, filters, quick connectors and hose assemblies.
Every family shares one design language: 316 or 316L stainless steel wetted parts, machined seats and stems, and end connections in NPT, ISO/BSPP or welded tube ends. A buyer can source the whole instrument hook-up from one supplier and one set of documents.
Choosing the right family
Start with the fluid and pressure. Clean, dry instrument air and nitrogen go through double-ferrule tube fittings. Higher-pressure hydraulic and process impulse lines need needle or manifold valves with metal or PEEK seats. Aggressive or high-purity media suit 316L bodies with PTFE or PEEK seats.
Confirm the connection and thread standard: NPT, ISO/BSPP or tube end. Mixed threads are the leading source of rework on small-bore panels. Send the port list, state what is replaced in service: a regulator, a 2-valve or 5-valve manifold, a quick connector or hose assembly.
Materials, ratings and documents
Bodies and wetted parts are 316 or 316L stainless steel, with 316L where high-purity or pharmaceutical duty applies. Seats and seals are PTFE as standard, PEEK for higher temperature. Pressure ratings follow ASME B31.3 practice and vary with size, body style, seat and temperature.
Threads follow ASME B1.20.1 for NPT and ISO 228 for parallel. Fitting dimensions and pressure data are quoted from the supplier catalogue, and the applicable figures are stated on the quotation and packing list. Orders are quoted item by item.
Standards referenced: NPT threads per ASME B1.20.1; Parallel threads per ISO 228; Pressure ratings per ASME B31.3 practice.
Typical duties: Oil and gas wellhead and instrument hook-up; Petrochemical and refinery impulse and sampling lines; Semiconductor and high-purity gas distribution; New energy plants: hydrogen, lithium and solar skids; Pharmaceutical and biotech clean utilities; Analyser and transmitter isolation and venting.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
No fixed minimum applies. Trial and mixed orders across the three families are consolidated into one shipment. Built-to-order items take a minimum set by the components used in our quotation. Standard items ship in a short lead time once order and payment terms are confirmed.
Which documents and packing come with the order?
The packing list, commercial invoice and, on request, the material certificate for the heat used and a dimensional inspection report. Third-party inspection, test reports and customer marking are arranged on request and confirmed at quotation.
Can you supply NPT and BSPP threads?
Yes. NPT threads follow ASME B1.20.1 and parallel threads follow ISO 228. The two are not interchangeable, so send the port list with the thread standard for each connection.
