Reference material for overseas engineers and procurement teams: catalogue sections, thread and pressure-temperature data, installation instructions, an RFQ checklist. Confirm the model, size and rating in the tables, then send an enquiry we can quote at once. Sections cover fittings, valves and regulators, including rated NPT and ISO fittings.

What the library covers

14 sections: tube fittings, weld fittings, threaded fittings, UHP diaphragm, ball, needle, gauge, plug, purge, bleed and check valves, filters, regulators and connectors, with page ranges from 1-01 to 14-12. Tube fittings run 1-01 to 1-72, check valves 11-01 to 11-22, regulators 13-01 to 13-32.

Each section carries material options, size range, hex width, minimum bore, panel dimensions and Cv values. Inch tube sizes run 1/16 in to 2 in (1.6 mm to 50.8 mm); metric tube 2 mm to 25 mm outside diameter.

Threads and pressure ratings

NPT threads meet ASME B1.20.1 and SAE AS71051: 60 degree angle, 1:16 taper, 1/16 in to 2 in, sealed with PTFE tape or sealant. ISO taper threads (R, R1, R2, Rc, RT, PT, BSPT, ZG) use 55 degree.

ISO taper threads follow ISO 7-1, EN 10226-1, BS 21, DIN 2999 and JIS B0203. ISO parallel threads follow ISO 228-1, DIN 228-1, JIS B0202 and BS 2779. Tables give major, pitch and minor diameter at the reference plane, in millimetres and threads.

Installation and ordering

Insert the tube against the nut shoulder. Tighten the nut finger-tight, then wrench it 1-1/4 turns; use 3/4 turn for the smallest sizes. Above 1 in (25 mm), pre-set ferrules. Plugs need a quarter turn, an eighth below 4 mm.

Scribe a line across nut and body before loosening a re-made joint, then pull the nut to it. Never tighten a fitting under pressure. A stamped model code identifies the part; if it carries another’s code, describe the connections, then order against the catalogue tables.

Frequently asked questions

Can we download the complete catalogue, or only the sections shown?

The sections published here cover the product families we supply, and we send a complete section as a PDF on request. Tell us the family and size range you work with, and we will return the relevant pages with model table and drawing.

Do you supply material certificates and inspection reports?

Ask for them on the RFQ. Material certificates for wetted parts and dimensional inspection reports can be issued with the goods, and pressure or leak test records added where the specification requires them. The exact document set is written on the order confirmation.

Should we specify NPT or ISO threads?

NPT to ASME B1.20.1 suits North American project specifications. ISO taper threads are common in European and Asian practice, and ISO parallel threads are used where a bonded washer or O-ring makes the seal. State the size, and the rating is quoted against ANSI/ASME B31.3.

Request a quote or technical clarification

Send us the model, size, material and quantity you need — or a photo of the existing part. We reply with a quotation, availability and the applicable documents, usually within one working day.
