Fluid Control, Filters & Hose Assemblies
This group keeps a fluid system clean, connected and flexible. R-LOK supplies inline filters rated 0.5 to 90 micron, quick connectors that break and remake a line, and hose assemblies in PTFE or corrugated stainless steel. CHANGSHA RUNDA HITECH CO., LTD. has exported the range since 2006. Filters are catalogued to 3,000 psig and metal hose from 1/4 in to 2 in bore.

What this group covers
Inline filters mount into the tube run and hold back particulate before it reaches valve seats, regulator diaphragms, meters and analyser instruments. Bodies are 316 stainless steel with a replaceable sintered element, in four line sizes.
Hose assemblies replace rigid tubing where connection points move or where vibration is isolated. Metal hose runs 1/4 in to 2 in bore in six sizes, with reusable fittings in stainless or brass.
Quick connectors and how to choose
The SQC range connects 1/8 in to 1/2 in tube at 3,000 psig (206 bar) and 70 °F (20 °C), with or without a shut-off valve. The SFQC range uses a ball-lock sleeve, covering 1/4 in to 1 in tube.
Fix pore ratings against the clearance you protect: 0.5 to 2 micron before instrument and gas panel parts, 7 to 15 micron for instrument air and hydraulic returns, 60 to 90 micron for pumps. Use SQC on analyser lines, SFQC where flow must not throttle.
Materials, seals and ordering
Wetted parts are 316 stainless steel, referenced to ASTM A479 or A276 barstock. Filters use a sintered 316 element, a 304 steel spring and a 316 gasket. SQC connectors use 316 body, stem and sleeve with a Viton O-ring; SFQC bodies are 316 or brass.
The Viton (FKM) O-ring gives the SQC range a 400 °F (204 °C) ceiling. Filters with a 316 body run to 900 °F (482 °C), and metal hose covers -325 °F to 800 °F (-200 °C to 426 °C) at 1,600 psig (110 bar).
Standards referenced: NPT pipe threads referenced to ASME B1.20.1; BSPT threads to ISO 7-1 and BSPP threads to ISO 228-1; 316 and 316L barstock referenced to ASTM A479 / A276.
Typical duties: Analyser and sampling panels; Instrument air and nitrogen distribution; Hydraulic and lubrication circuits; Semiconductor and high-purity gas panels; Chemical injection and dosing skids; Pump and skid connections with vibration.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between a filter, a connector and a hose?
They solve different problems and are often used together. A filter protects downstream equipment from particulate, chosen on pore rating and pressure drop. A quick connector suits a line broken and remade regularly. A hose assembly suits points that move relative to each other.
Can the three categories be ordered together?
Yes. Filters, quick connectors, hose assemblies and hose fittings can go on one order and ship as one consignment. There is no fixed minimum for catalogue items, and small trial quantities are accepted. Built-to-order assemblies have a minimum set by the components.
How is hose length and bend radius specified?
Give the overall length in metres or millimetres, measured between the sealing faces of the end connections, and state whether the hose will be flexed in service or installed once and left. The length is checked against the minimum bend radius for the bore.
