Oil & Gas Instrumentation Valves & Fittings
Sour gas, sand and hydrate reach the instrument before the control room. Changsha Runda Hitech Co., Ltd. is a supplier and sourcing partner for the interface from Christmas tree to loading arm: valves, manifolds, filters and regulators. Bodies are 316 stainless to 6,000 psig (413 bar), and the SBLV bleed valve to 10,000 psig, from 1/16 in to 2 in (1.6 mm to 50.8 mm).

Wellhead and sour well hook-ups
Wellhead and Christmas-tree lines tap the full wellstream at near shut-in pressure. A needle valve isolates the gauge or transmitter, a gauge valve with bleed port vents the trapped volume. The transmitter sits on a 2 or 3-valve manifold; sour wells use a 5-valve manifold.
Sand erodes soft seats and settles in valve pockets and manifold bores. On sand-prone wells the selection stays metal-seated, the manifold bore stays at 6.4 mm (0.25 in) so it can be flushed, and a 60 or 90 micron filter sits ahead.
Gathering, metering and terminal duty
Check valves protect compressor suction and discharge from reverse flow: SPCV covers 3,000 psig (207 bar), SHCV 6,000 psig (414 bar). Filters sit ahead of analyser houses and fuel gas skids, regulators hold instrument air at actuator pressure, and quick connectors change a calibration bottle.
Metering and custody transfer are decided by the impulse line. Orifice and ultrasonic runs use differential pressure transmitters on 3 or 5-valve manifolds with 3.2 or 6.4 mm bores. Sampling uses bleed and plug valves; plug valves reach Cv 6.4.
Environment, sour service and materials
Sour service material selection is referenced to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156. It sets hardness and heat treatment limits for wetted parts, the basis is agreed in writing, and hardness records or material certificates are named on the order.
Desert UV degrades seals and sand abrades threads, while high ambient lowers the rating. Coastal sites: 316 stainless covers instrument duty, and alloy 400, alloy 20, alloy 600 or C-276 are quoted for sour and seawater service.
Standards referenced: Sour service material selection referenced to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 as a design basis where the project specification invokes it; Pressure and temperature ratings referenced to ASME B16.34 practice for valves, and impulse tubing and small-bore piping to ASME B31.3 process piping practice; Stainless bar and forged stock referenced to ASTM A276 / A182 / A479, mill certificates to EN 10204 3.1 on request; pressure test methods referenced to API 598 where the order defines the test standard.
Typical duties: Wellhead, Christmas-tree and test package instrument lines; Sand-prone and high-pressure gauge and transmitter hook-ups; Gas gathering lines, compressor and pump station skids; Metering and custody-transfer skids, orifice and ultrasonic runs; Methanol, glycol and chemical injection points; Tank farms, loading arms and pig launcher traps.

Frequently asked questions
Can you supply sour service components to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156?
We source 316 stainless as standard and alloy 400, 20, 600 and C-276 bodies against a stated sour service design basis, with material certificates and hardness records where the order names them. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 is a design reference, not a certificate.
Which material should I choose for desert, coastal or offshore service?
316 stainless covers most instrument duty, including hot desert sites where the pressure rating is taken at higher ambient temperature. Alloy 400, alloy 20, alloy 600 and C-276 are quoted for chloride or seawater-wetted locations. State the UV and sand exposure: seals degrade, threads abrade.
What documents and test records come with a shipment?
A material certificate with heat numbers, dimensional inspection reports and a certificate of origin are supplied on request; pressure or leak test records follow when the order defines the method and acceptance criteria. Name the document list and any third-party inspection in the order.
