Body styles and ratings
The one-piece 120 series covers straight, angle and three-way switching bodies, rated 2,500 psig (172 bar), or 3,000 psig (206 bar) on the straight version. Ports run 1/16-3/4 in, bores 1.3-10.3 mm (0.052-0.406 in), and panel mounting uses a published hole dimension.
The two-piece 210 series is rated 1,000 psig (69 bar), sized 1/4-1 in (6-16 mm), with bores of 5.0-16.0 mm. The three-piece SBVH body reaches 3,000 or 6,000 psig (206 or 414 bar) with 5, 10 and 14 mm bores.
Materials and seating
One-piece 120 valves use PTFE (D1710) seats, packing and seals. Internals include ASTM A693 (S17700 / 17-7PH) disc springs, zinc-plated carbon steel locking screws and nylon handles with a 304 stainless steel insert.
Three-piece bodies seal on Viton (FKM) O-rings with PTFE seats; PEEK and DELRIN seats are alternatives. PEEK suits hot or cycling lines. The 210 series holds 1,000 psig (69 bar) at 70 °F (20 °C) only, and derates along the published pressure-temperature curve.
Ordering and documents
Variants follow a five-position order code: series, flow path (blank straight, A angle, 3 three-way), connection type (S tube, F female, M male), size code, and material code (SS 316 stainless steel, B brass). SBV120H1-A-S6M-SS is an angle body with 6 mm tube ends.
Size code 4 is 1/4 in, 6 is 3/8 in and 12 is 3/4 in; M marks metric sizes, and N or R marks NPT or BSPT. Handles: disc (120), lever with PVC sleeve or disc (210), nylon with 304 stainless steel insert (three-piece).
Standards referenced: NPT threads to ASME B1.20.1; BSPT (ISO 7/1) offered as an alternative; 316 stainless steel to ASTM A479; brass to ASTM B16 (C36000); Ratings stated at 70 °F (20 °C), derated on the published curve.

What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
The minimum is normally one carton per size and material, and mixed orders are accepted. Standard 316 stainless steel and brass valves ship in roughly 15 to 25 working days after order confirmation; actuated or special-seat assemblies take longer.
Which seat material suits my line temperature?
PTFE is standard and covers general service to 350 °F (177 °C). PEEK runs hotter, -65 to 500 °F (-54 to 260 °C). The one-piece 120 series uses PTFE packing, catalogued for 50 to 150 °F (10 to 65 °C).
Which documents come with the valves?
Every shipment carries the packing list and commercial invoice. Material certificates for bodies, balls and stems, and dimensional inspection reports, come on request; nitrogen test records can be issued per production lot. List the documents you need on the purchase order.
