Pressure Regulators: Single-Stage and Two-Stage RH Series
R-LOK pressure regulators reduce high inlet pressure to a stable, adjustable outlet for instrument air, process gas and cylinder gas. The RH family covers single-stage RH1, RH2 and RH3, two-stage RH31 and high-pressure RH4 to 6,000 psig (414 bar). Bodies are SS316L, with brass on some models, and every unit has a 10 µm SS316L inlet filter screen.

How the range is organised
The family splits by inlet rating and reducing stages. RH1, RH2 and RH3 are single-stage for 500 psig and 3,000 psig inlets; RH3 adds a 1,500 psig option. RH4 covers 3,000 psig and 6,000 psig (414 bar) inlets in SS316L only.
RH31 is two-stage: the first stage drops cylinder pressure, the second holds the outlet steady, and it accepts cylinder valve connections. Outlets run from 0-15 psig (0-1.0 bar) to 0-3,000 psig (0-207 bar). Cv is 0.06 (RH31), 0.08 (RH1) and 1.1 (RH2).
Materials and seating
Bodies, bonnets and diaphragms are SS316L; RH3 and RH31 are offered with brass bodies and bonnets. The diaphragm seals by a hard seal, so no soft gasket sits in the pressure boundary, and an SS316L screen at 10 µm protects the seat.
The seat sets outlet range and temperature window. PCTFE, PTFE and Vespel® seats are offered; the catalogued rating is -40 °F to +165 °F (-40 °C to +74 °C). RUNDA supplies the range as a sourcing partner; quotation is written to a catalogue code.
Connections and mounting
Ports are 1/4 in to 3/4 in NPT, with tube ends from 1/8 in to 3/4 in, 6 mm and 8 mm metric. Gauge and relief ports are 1/4 in NPT. Cylinder models add CGA 330, 350, 580, 590, 660, W21.8-14 RH/LH, G 5/8 RH.
Panel versions use a 25 mm cut-out and 2 × M4 screws; RH1 and RH2 wall mount on the same pattern. The order code runs: RH3-6L-B-E-H-G-04-04-P is RH3, SS316L, 1,500 psig inlet, 0-125 psig outlet, MPa gauge, 1/2 in NPT.

Selection notes: The ordering code on catalogue page 13-15 is printed only for the RH31 series (valve series field, position 1). Data sheets RH1 (13-01), RH2 (13-05) and RH3 (13-09) show separate regulating capacities (Cv 0.08 / 1.1 / 1.8) but no ordering code; please confirm whether those families must be published as RH31-1, RH31-2 and RH31-3 model codes. Size column: the ordering code offers no separate size field. What is your minimum order quantity and typical lead time?
Single units and small mixed orders are accepted since regulators are often bought with valves and gauges for the project. Lead time depends on seat material and mount options, so send the part code or duty conditions to confirm stock and price.
How do I choose between PCTFE, PTFE and Vespel® seats?
Start from the gas, the outlet range and the temperature at the regulator. PCTFE and PTFE cover the common low and medium outlet ranges, while Vespel® is chosen where the seat must hold a higher outlet pressure.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Material certificates and dimensional inspection reports are supplied with each shipment. Test records, including the helium leak test result for the batch, are confirmed at order stage rather than promised automatically, so tell us which documents your project needs.
